With a degree in Mechanical Engineering, from The University of Tennessee, Ethan has worked in both the design and construction sides of the industry. Before coming to MPL Ethan worked as a Design Engineer with March Adams and Associates and most recently with Archer Western Contractors in Atlanta. Ethan has experience with projects ranging form small renovations to 50 million-dollar conventional construction.

With a degree in Marketing – Logistics, from The University of Tennessee, Matthew has over ten years experience running a business and managing people. Before coming to MPL Matthew was in the Financial Services Industry as the Regional Director over East Tennessee and Western Virginia territories.

Russell has over thirteen years with MPL. His responsibilities include solicitation of bidders and coordination of subcontractor activity.

Rita has over fifteen years experience with MPL and has proven a most valuable asset in the day to day operation of running an office.

Jeff has been with MPL for 16 years.

With a degree in Business Administration from Lincoln Memorial University, Russell has overseen all aspects of operations for the entire thirty-two years that the company has been in business. Russell also serves on the board of Cornerstone Community Bank, Chattanooga.
